The covered shelter is open on three sides and is complete with overhead florescent lights, electrical outlets, and overhead fans. The open area is 44 feet wide by 68 feet long with a concrete floor. There are 20 - 8 foot by 3 foot wooden tables with side benches located under the shelter roof that comfortably seat 160-180 people.

A food bar and a beverage bar are located at one end of the shelter. The shelter has a storage area that contains a refrigerator and freezer. Lessee shall provide their own barbecue grills, but are not permitted to use them under the roof. Men and women restrooms are located nearby. Additional tables and chairs are available.

The clubhouse faces west overlooking one of the most beautiful sections of Lake Wylie, especially at sunset. Highlighted by an outdoor Wedding Patio, the clubhouse has a Wraparound Porch, Extra Large Ball Room, 2 Dining Rooms, Hot Bar, Cold Salad Bar, Kitchen, Cocktail Lounge and is fully air-conditioned in the summer and heated during the winter.

The facilities include a Clubhouse that was built in 1925 and is complete with all the necessary amenities. The swimming pool is for members, their families, and friends only. It is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Almost every day, especially on Saturdays and Sundays, you will find sun bathers, swimmers, and people just relaxing by the pool.

The Red Fez Club has one boat ramp and two sets of boat docks that are available to all members who own boats. One set of docks, located in the campground area and next to the boat ramp, has 14 boat slips. These slips are leased to members only on a seniority basis. A second set of docks, located next to the Clubhouse consisting of 10 slots, are available to all Club members, or friends of the Club, free of charge for short periods of time.
